Office hours

Rummy Modern support operates on a two-tier schedule:

• Automated in-app chat, 24/7, every day of the year: Instant answers to common questions, bonus status, table rules, balance checks, and UPI payment confirmations, even on national holidays like Diwali or Holi.
• Live human agents, Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST: Agents handle escalated cases including failed PhonePe transfers, BHIM deposit errors, KYC document rejection, and account-related disputes.

All hours are in IST (Indian Standard Time, UTC+5:30). Weekend hours are identical to weekday hours, no reduced schedule on Saturdays or Sundays. Emails sent after 9:00 PM IST are queued and addressed from 9:00 AM IST the next morning.

Rummy Modern is a fully digital platform, there is no physical office, no walk-in support centre, and no branch location anywhere in India. Support works exactly the same way for everyone.

All assistance is delivered through two digital channels:
